Properly (App Concept)

Designed for renters, this app allows people to search addresses of rentals they’re interested in and read reviews from previous tenants. Reviews have four primary criteria on which a rental unit is scored: approval of management, building condition, relative value, and neighborhood rating.

Additionally, the app has a chat function in which you can talk to experts about issues you may be having as a renter. You can also conduct a traditional apartment search.
